Shipping information

Delivery time: within Europe, we make the ordered goods available to you within 5 working days at the latest. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without delay after your order.

Shipping methods:

• Hungary: home delivery by courier (GLS, DPD or MPL).
• Other countries: by the courier service serving the destination country (e.g. GLS, DPD, UPS, DHL, Express One).

Shipping costs: the checkout shows the shipping fee and the available methods for your delivery address before you place the order; the fee is included in the order summary. If a free-shipping threshold applies to your country, the checkout shows it as well.

Deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom): customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may be charged in the destination country and, unless the checkout states otherwise, are paid by the recipient.

Tracking: after dispatch we send you the tracking number by e-mail.

Damaged parcel: if your parcel arrives damaged, please have a damage report drawn up in the presence of the courier or take photos, and write to info@buildwithshark.com.
