Refund policy
Right of withdrawal and returns
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you (or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you) take possession of the goods; for several goods delivered separately, from receipt of the last one. You may also withdraw between the conclusion of the contract and delivery. The detailed rules are set out in Part III of the General Terms and Conditions. Business (non-consumer) buyers have no right of withdrawal.
How to withdraw
Send us a clear statement by e-mail to info@buildwithshark.com or by post to Blue Ocean Tools Kft., Andrássy utca 38/C, 9300 Csorna, Hungary. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. The deadline is met if you send your statement on or before the 14th day. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by e-mail.
Returning the goods
Please send the goods back to Andrássy utca 38/C, 9300 Csorna, Hungary within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We cannot accept parcels sent cash on delivery or with postage due.
Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed of your withdrawal (if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard one, we do not refund the difference). We will use the same means of payment you used, at no extra cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Defective goods
If the goods are defective, you have warranty rights independent of withdrawal (a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years): see Part IV of the GTC and the EU legal guarantee notice. In that case, please write to info@buildwithshark.com.
